Refund and Returns Policy
RETURNS
Returns will NOT be accepted for used items. Faulty/Defective parts will be replaced following verification and refunded in full.
For fuel-related products (mechanical or electrical) returned as defective, testing will determine the cause of failure. No refund will be issued if debris or ethanol contamination caused the issue. All fuel-related products are sold “as is” and at the risk of the end user.
If incorrect parts were shipped due to an error by Victory Parts, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Returns must be made within 14 days from purchase date, and items must be in their original packaging and in good, resalable condition.
If you have ordered the wrong part, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product by emailing online@victoryparts.com.au. Items must be received within 14 days of receiving your goods with details of your invoice number, customer details and address where goods were shipped. Goods must be returned unopened and unused. Any items that have been opened or used are not acceptable for a refund.
On returning goods the customer assumes the rise, loss, theft or damage of goods during transit. Victory Parts Australia is not liable for parcels lost or damaged in transit and does not refund postage for returned items unless it was our error.

Email online@victoryparts.com.au with details of the purchase including Invoice Number, Customer Name, Shipping Address
Customer will receive a return email with an authorisation number verifying the return. Once verified for return please ship items with authorisation number to:
