WARRANTY POLICY
At Victory Parts Australia, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to customer satisfaction. Our warranty policy is designed to provide clarity and assurance for our customers.
Warranty Coverage
Parts & Products purchased from us are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.
What the Warranty Covers
Defective Parts: If a part is found to have manufacturing defects or faults, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
Replacement Parts: Warranty coverage applies to the replacement part for the remaining duration of the original warranty period.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, or modifications.
Normal wear and tear.
Damage resulting from the use of incompatible or non-approved parts or accessories.
Issues caused by environmental factors, including corrosion or ethanol-related fuel damage.
Costs related to labour, removal, or installation of the part.
Warranty Claims
To file a warranty claim:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team with your proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or documentation.
Return the Part: If requested, return the defective part to us for inspection. Shipping costs for warranty claims are the customer’s responsibility.
Inspection and Resolution
All returned parts will undergo inspection and testing to verify the cause of failure.
For electrical parts, testing may take up to 6 months as they are sent to the manufacturer for
analysis.
If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the part
free of charge.
If the part is deemed functional or the failure is attributed to factors outside of our warranty
terms, the part will be returned, and additional charges may apply.
Limitations of Liability
Victory Parts Australia is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, downtime, or other associated costs, resulting from the failure of a part.
Additional Notes
Incorrect parts due to customer error are not covered under warranty but may be eligible for return under our Returns Policy.
All warranty claims must be submitted within the 12-month warranty period.
Victory Parts Australia reserves the right to reject any warranty claim if the above terms have not been met or if false or misleading information has been provided during the warranty application process.
Warranty Process
Contact via email – online@victoryparts.com.au with details of claim. Please include Invoice number, description of claim and contact details.
Once verified by our staff you will be issued a authorisation number and details on how you can return your product to us.
On receipt of your item you will be notified that it has been received and our customer service team will keep you informed on the progress of your claim..
