Pickup

Pickup available from our Warehouse at 4/50 Hoopers Road, Kunda Park, QLD 4556 between the hours of 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday.

Notifications

A notification will be sent to your email address with tracking number when your parcel is sent or you will receive an email letting you know your parcel is ready for pick up.

Cut Off Time

Cut Off for orders is 2pm Monday to Friday for parcels to be sent same day.

Changes

Changes to your order can be made only prior to the order being shipped. Once dispatched we cannot take any responsibility for orders being shipped with incorrect parts ordered or an invalid address. Victory Parts Australia takes no liability for loss on incorrect addresses.

Cancellation

Cancellation of your order can only take effect if the order has not been shipped. Victory Parts Australia reserves the right to refuse order cancellations.
